Job Title: MEP Maintenance Supervisor
Department: Maintenance & Operations
Location: UAE
Job Purpose:
Responsible for supervising routine and preventive maintenance of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including irrigation pumps, control panels,Borewells and landscaping irrigation and garden lights. Ensures smooth daily operations, timely fault rectification, and system reliability across client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day MEP maintenance activities, including irrigation pumps, electrical panels, control wiring, valves, and plumbing systems.
-Oversee a team of technicians, ensuring preventive maintenance and corrective works are carried out effectively and on schedule.
-Respond to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot MEP issues promptly, minimizing equipment downtime.
-Schedule and monitor routine servicing of pumps, VFDs, control panels, valves, and irrigation systems.
-Ensure compliance with company maintenance standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
-Conduct inspections of MEP systems to identify potential failures and implement corrective actions.
-Plan and arrange materials, tools, and manpower resources for maintenance jobs.
-Daily/weekly maintenance update to Concerned Engineer on work progress and issues.
-Train and guide technicians in system operations and fault diagnosis.
Ensure a maintenance logs, and equipment history records.
Requirements:
-Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field.
-Minimum 4-6 years of UAE experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in irrigation and landscaping systems.
-Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices for pumps, VFD panels, valves, and control systems.
-Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults.
-Ability to interpret MEP drawings and maintenance schedules.
-Strong leadership snd organizational skills.
-UAE driving license must.
